Zojirushi Indoor Electric Grill and Chopped Steak Recipe Video

Well, it’s been some time since my last post on this blog about electric grills, griddles and other cooking equipment. Before focusing on myself (which is less interesting..) I’m going to state that in this post we are going to deal with the Zojirushi EB-CC15 indoor electric grill – an awesome electrical appliance that many people would love to own. Moreover, it is also possible to see a YouTube video of chopped steak recipe that I got the pleasure to watch (and not create, more on that later on).

From personal reasons, I had very little time to write about or even cook with electric grills – simply because of serious lack of time. I do not wish to further talk about the issue so let’s talk about the large electric grill that we were intended to focus on.

The Zojirushi countertop grill that is mentioned here offer a family sized nonstick surface that is relatively big and would be enough for most families or friends that wish to gather at the backyard or a different place in order to sear some steaks, beef meat, burgers, bacon or any other food that comes to your mind. Like many other large electric griddles and grills nowadays, the big surface isn’t only large enough for a bunch of people but it’s also non-stick – which means that your food and dishes have a smaller chance of sticking to its cooking surface and in the end the appliance is going to provide you with better cooking results and easier cleanup overall.

Another feature of the Zojirushi EB-CC15 electric grill is the ability to disassemble to unit for easy cleaning, and that’s in addition to the nonstick coating that the surface comes with. The people who buy this product will also be able to notice a drip tray that is dishwasher safe – so you can basically place the tray in the dishwasher with no problems whatsoever.

What about the temperature controls of the Zojirushi large indoor grill? Well, the EB-CC15 appliance has a control knob that allows the user and customers who bought it to choose various temperature settings for better cooking.

Now, through all this time where my presence here was absent I got the chance to find a cool video at YouTube that I would like to share. First of all it would be necessary to make it clear: the video isn’t mine and I don’t even know the chef that appears on the video. Yet I’ll provide certain details that were available to me through the wonderful thing that is called the web and the internet: the name is Brandon Sarkis, a professional chef that worked in numerous locations such as Texas, Atlanta, Columbus and etc.

Furthermore, the video doesn’t have any connection to the Zojirushi EB-CC15 indoor electric grill that was discussed in the first part of this article, but you are more than welcomed to enjoy the video in order to improve your cooking skills – those that are needed in order to use any large electric grill or griddle. In the video below, the chef Brandon shows how to chop garlic in order to cook a chopped steak.

By the way, the image of the good looking Porterhouse Steaks is credited to another website and not to this blog (the appliance that is searing the steaks in the photo is not the Zojirushi indoor grill, at least not according to my knowledge). It was taken from the food network and you can feel free to check this cool internet site.

In conclusion, there are lots of articles, reviews, videos and useful content on the web. The  can be used for cooking numerous recipes and dishes like hamburgers, chicken, vegetables and much more. Remember that grilling meat isn’t complicated science and anyone can do it (if you’re an excited student that is aspiring to be a scientist you can check this Science of cooking meat and feel free to make your life even more complex that what they currently are).
