The Presto 07211 liddle griddle is an interesting appliance for a number of reasons. First of all, this electric griddle is not so big like many other units of the Presto company and other companies as well (for example the Presto tilt n drain Biggriddle is way bigger than this little griddle). So, most of the chances that you wouldn’t like the size of this appliance if you are looking for a large electric griddle that has a big enough cooking surface so that you could cook for your entire family or friends.
Of course, both the Presto liddle griddle and the Presto Biggriddle are nonstick, and although I didn’t really checked it – I am pretty sure that most of the other Presto electric griddles also have a nonstick surface that usually does it job fairly good. A friend of mine also had another family sized Presto griddle that looked really huge, and he cooked some pancakes for us and our friends and they were tasty, well cooked and basically very good (I think it is also because of the fact that he cooks a lot, so he has lots of experience…). Anyway, the Presto 07211 liddle griddle doesn’t cause many problems when you try to clean it, because of the nonstick surface, its small size and the way that it’s designed.
Moreover, the Presto liddle griddle cooks the food nicely, whether it’s a bunch of pancakes, eggs, or even small burgers. It seems to heat very evenly so it’s another good reason to prefer this Presto electric griddle that cooks the food quite good if you compare it to other griddles. In addition to all these great features of the Presto 07211 liddle griddle, the unit can also be washed in the sink or in the dishwasher because of the fact that it’s especially designed to be water safe as well as dishwasher safe.
If you are already used to cooking with an electric griddle or other similar kitchen appliance, you would know that it’s not easy to clean these units after you use them in order to cook burgers, pancakes and other foods that basically produce grease and other cooking oils that are not always easy to clean. It doesn’t mean that it’s that easy to get rid of the grease with the Presto liddle griddle, but it’s much better and more comfortable to use such an appliance. It’s too bad that it’s relatively small for a griddle electric unit, so not everyone would be glad to buy the Presto mini griddle.
Of course you are free to look for other big electric griddles other than the Presto Biggriddle (which isn’t reviewed here, but the Presto 07211 appliance) and try to make the best choice and perhaps discuss it with friends or family members. Regardless of this, I also like to use gas stoves at the kitchen, especially if you own a quality griddle.
